Niklas Heinecker plays online at Full Tilt Poker.

Born and raised in Hamburg, Niklas is now based in Marburg, just north of Frankfurt. Previously a fan of the card game Skat, he learned how to play poker online in 2004. Also known as “Ragen”, Niklas observed other players and practiced daily to improve his game. He then transferred these skills to live poker, and decided to play on a full time basis just one year later.

In 2007, Niklas made his first notable cash at the Vienna Spring Poker Festival, finishing 9th in the €3K No-Limit Hold 'em Main Event for over $12K in prize money. That same year, he finished 80th in the WSOP $10K Main Event in Vegas and walked away with winnings of more than $100K.

When he’s not playing poker, Niklas studies Business and Mathematics.
